emery's new boyfriends

Emery got to hang out with the Longmeier twins this weekend Burgh and Theron. We adore this family!! Aren't they the sweetest boys?! I have known these boy's dad since he was born. Auntie KayC. has been a long time BFF and I still can't believe Kevy is a dad of these beautiful boys. We are so excited Grace and Kevin are at our church now!!! Emery can grow up with the Longmeier boys at church.. . . so fun and we get to see the whole family a whole lot more!!!

fall morning at the lake

we had the best Fall morning at the lake. we grabbed egg mcmuffins and lattes and headed up to the lake to get started closing down. it was gorgeous and sunny but perfect crisp 75 degrees. i think i like the lake best in the Fall. keagan said it was better than Christmas morning. my two cuties!

kinkade came sprinting down the sidewalk from school with another tooth in hand and a super shark award! he lost another tooth at school and now has 4 gaping holes in his mouth! the super shark award read -
"Thank you for being a kind and helpful partner in math yesterday! You're a star!"

lucia at home with mom!

Everyone keeps asking if Lucia misses her brothers since they are gone all day. I wish the answer was yes. . but it is no she LOVES the attention!! Here are some of her favorite activities when she is home with mom. . . . Yep she pulls around her brother's snake all day. . . she runs and gets it the second they get out the door.

Lucia is in a huge books stage. She wants to read books all day. Mother Goose is her favorite she turns to 'Hey Diddle Diddle' , 'Baa Baa Black Sheep', and 'Puffer Engines', and sings them over and over again. I got it on video and as soon as I learn to download video on blogger I will post it. Her very favorite morning activity is animal tea parties in the bathtub. Some mornings she is in the bath for two hours having different tea parties with all the plastic animals. What could be better when you are two years old? Now she has started star wars tea parties. She of course had to have a set from Disneyland. Our family is so weird!

Little story to leave you with. . and to just document so I don't forget. This morning for preschool she was supposed to bring something with her name on it. So we sent her with a darling blanket made from http://tinysprouts.com/ that our dear friends the Millers gave to her when she came home. It says her full name on it first, middle and last. . .. every time we said "Jacinta" she would say I'm scared of Santa. . I don't like Santa! So now she thinks her middle name is "Santa."

emery's first tooth and disneyland!

Aaron and I just got back from southern CA with the Whitworth Volleyball team. We had a tournament there and Aaron had lots of events, and meetings to attend. So the last day we took the volleyball team to Disneyland. Emery came with us on the trip and was a great traveler! Here is the team with Eyore and Emery at Disneyland!

our baby girl is 5 months now! i can't believe it. time flies with an easy angel baby. she is so sweet and fun. she is 99% in height and 44% in weight. . my outside hitter. she smiles and smiles and smiles and hisses/growls like a snake. . weird i know but it is her favorite sound:)
