we have a dancer!

lucia went to creative dance (tap/ballet) once a week all year.  she loved it . .especially because it included brooklyn! the costumes and recital were beyond cute and the most important part it was all about her and she was so proud of all that she had learned.  these pictures are picture day and rehearsal . . recital pictures to come.  i took the day off work the day of pictures to spend the whole morning together.  we also made a mommy and me date out of rehearsal.  she loves special dates!

there is truly nothing more exciting in the mcmurray house than when our sweet cousins and papa and grandma come visit.  we played hard . . . swimming, hot tubbbing, jumping on the tramp lots, smores, movie watching . . . .

There is nothing quite like it when 5 college friends get together to play in Cali and meet the sweet baby Joanna! we had a blast and loved every minute!

Bloomsday!

We all ran Bloomsday again this year. . well minus the girls. .
the race played out differently this year -  we found the boys great friend, kellen and my great friend his mom, colleen right when we arrived to the starting line.  within minutes of the start the boys were off - aaron took off with three nine year old boys keeping up.  so, colleen and i strolled/ran bloomsday and the boys rocked it with kellen!
