organizing projects. all the kids craft/writing/art stuff had been driving me nuts! it needed a major organizing. i have been holding off on labeling every last little pocket and drawer. . since i have friends who will make fun of me. but it is killing me not to have them labeled. since i got everything organized i have been dreaming about my label maker and fantasizing about making the labels . there is nothing like a pocket full of markers with a label. . what is better in life! so i might start sneaking a few labels at a time so it isn't as obvious.
all i wanted for my birthday coming up was some money to spend at world market. i think target has been dethroned from the best store in the world. have you been to world market lately - so stinkin fun and cute ! i brought out all my white shabby distressed chairs and have this work in progress little sitting area on the deck.

Love it! Your back porch area is a dream!... sooo fun & vibrant -- great job! And, I'm envious of your mad organizing skills! ;) That's an undertkaing in & of itself... so my big question is: will it stay that way? :) I feel like every time I get something organized to my liking, it's undone in about 2.2.. haha. Great pics of all the kids! Hugs & love!

The deck is the cutest thing I have ever seen except for Emery in the strawberries. We laughed out loud at these pics!!!! The picture of the peony is so lovely. We have a place down here called Adleman's peony farm that I go to each year and take pictures to use for paintings. The flowers are gorgeous and the smell is close to heaven. You need some of these plants!!!! Tell Kim to call me and will tell her where it is. Fabulous pictures as usual. What a blessing you are to us.

Darcy--I share the same obsession with label makers--go for it!! Let's just hope that your organizational systems are followed better than they are here, I make the system and follow them...everyone else just messes them up. HAHA!!
